Can I choose my frame option?
Absolutely 100000% yes! When you shop with 1Wall, your artwork is handmade in a frame of your choosing; and with lots of different frame options, you’ll be sure to find the perfect frame to match your interior! When you’re on the 1Wall website looking at an individual piece of artwork, you can click on the available frame options to see your chosen piece of artwork in different frames. Do your pieces come in a range of sizes?
Yes! Nearly all of our products come in a number of size options. By clicking on the product that you’re interested in, you’ll automatically see the size options available for that design.

How do you have collections from so many artists? 
We have agreements with a number of artists (including Jake Johnson, Sylvain Binet, Patrice Murciano, Greavesy and Biggon) who produce artwork for us which is then shared with you; our wonderful customers! In nearly all cases, our artists create a piece of artwork which is then translated into a digital print. We print these images (or acquire them from a licensed publisher) on an ongoing basis, frame the artwork in your chosen frame and hand embellish the piece with our beautiful liquid art. Jake Johnson creates his 3D pieces by hand and sends them to our base in Blackpool where the artwork is framed and hand-finished by our team.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Framed Artwork
As all of our framed artwork is made to order, we need a little bit of time to create your new piece of art. By shopping directly with 1Wall, you are receiving the fastest turnaround time on made-to-order framed artwork. We aim to have your piece of framed artwork dispatched within 7 working days on a next working day delivery service (not applicable to the Scottish highlands or Northern Ireland). For example, if you place an order on Monday morning, your piece should be dispatched by Wednesday of the following week (however, if it’s ready a little bit sooner, we’ll send it straight out to you!). Please note, during busy times, our lead times may increase.

All other products
All other products, subject to stock quantities, will be dispatched as soon as possible for next day delivery. Unfortunately, we do not offer a weekend delivery option.

  • Orders placed before 8am Monday – Thursday will be dispatched on the same day for next day delivery.
  • Orders placed after 8am Monday – Wednesday will be dispatched the following day on a next day service. (e.g. an order placed at 4pm on Monday will be dispatched on Tuesday for delivery on Wednesday)
  • Orders placed after 8am on Thursday and throughout Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on Monday for a Tuesday delivery.

Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, due to the delicate nature of our framed artwork, we are unable to ship artwork outside of the UK mainland due to the risk of damage to the product. We are, however, able to ship all other products (e.g. street signs, wall murals, cushions etc.) internationally.

Will my order be identical to the image on the website?
All of our pieces are made to order, so no two pieces are identical – and that’s the beauty of 1Wall; you will always receive a unique piece! The images on our website illustrate the image that you will receive, however, your piece of artwork won’t have the exact same pattern of liquid art applied as this is applied freehand by our liquid artists.

What is liquid art?
Our liquid art has been perfected over the last eight years; and we’re very proud of the stunning finish that it gives to our artwork. It is applied on top of the glass to give a beautiful, three-dimensional finish with a silk-like finish. It is especially striking when combined with crystals and crushed glass!

How should I hang my piece of framed artwork?
All of our framed artwork arrives with d-rings attached to the reverse of the piece. Please use the d-rings supplies along with screws to hang your artwork securely. DO NOT use string to hang any of our artwork as it will not support the product. We cannot be held liable and will not offer a solution for any pictures that have been damaged as a result of being strung.

I’ve got a discount code; how can I use it?
Lucky you! If you’ve got a discount code, it can be applied at the checkout stage. Once you’ve finished browsing the 1Wall site and you’re ready to place your order, go to your basket. Just above the Proceed to Payment button, it will say Got A Discount Code?. Click the text on your checkout page and it will bring up a box where you can type your discount code and click Apply. And just like that… your discount will be applied! (Please note, only one discount code can be used per transaction - and discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other sales or offers).

How can I submit a return?
In the unfortunate event that you wish to return your order please send an email to info@1wall.com with your order number (which can be found on your confirmation email), name,  delivery address and reason for return within 14 days of receiving your item.

Please do not make a return before you have received a reply and return reference from our customer service team. We will endeavour to reply to your email within 48 hours (excluding weekends).

Once your email has been received, we will provide you with a return reference. In order to accept a return, the product must be unused and in a resalable condition. The return reference must be clearly visible on the packaging for warehouse acceptance. Please do not write directly on postal tubes. You are welcome to make your return with a courier of your choice, however, we highly recommend packaging the item suitably and securely for transit as well as obtaining insurance from your chosen courier/postal service. We cannot be held liable for any items that are returned to our warehouse and found to be damaged. In this instance, we will be unable to process refunds or offer replacements/alternatives.

On receipt of your return, our team will check and process the item/s within five working days. Should a replacement or alternative item have been requested, they will be dispatched on a next day service (postal charge will apply). Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within ten days of receiving your return.
