Placing an order online for a 1Wall gift voucher couldn’t be simpler. Here’s how it works:

• Fill out our online order form for a gift voucher (here you will insert the value of your gift voucher, recipient name, recipient email address, a personal message and the required date of electronic delivery)
• Make payment online for the gift voucher via our secure payment page with Klarna or via PayPal
• Sit back and wait for your chosen recipient to receive their gift voucher on the date of your choosing (the voucher will be issued electronically to their email address – simple!)

The finer details

• Payment for the gift voucher will be processed on purchase, not on the date of issue
• Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue (date of issue is the date of delivery to the recipient)
• Value of the gift voucher is your choice
• The gift voucher will be allocated to the recipient’s account in the form of e-wallet credit which can be redeemed at the final stage of checkout
• Confirmation of purchase of a gift voucher will be sent to the purchase once we have confirmed your order
• Gift vouchers can only be cancelled within one hour of purchase
• Gift vouchers are not valid until a confirmation of purchase email has been received
• Unwanted gift vouchers cannot be returned and voucher codes cannot be used to purchase another gift voucher
• If the recipient does not already have an online account with 1Wall, they will need to create an account using the email address that the gift voucher was delivered to (account setup can be completed during the checkout process)
• Once the recipient has created an online account with 1Wall, the option to redeem gift voucher funds will appear at checkout
• If the items purchased total less than the value of the gift voucher, any remaining funds will remain in the recipient’s e-wallet for future use
• If the items purchased exceed the value of the gift voucher, the outstanding balance must be paid by debit/credit card or PayPal in order to complete the order
• Items purchased using a gift voucher may be returned for a new gift voucher code or exchanged for an replacement/alternative piece (only additional monies paid over and above the gift voucher amount will be refunded)
