Deliveries must be signed for (unless taken the 3-5 working day service). If no one is available to receive your order at the time of delivery, the courier driver will leave notification of the attempted delivery and return the goods to the regional depot for your area, from where you will be responsible for arranging collection or possible redelivery. 1Wall operate this policy to provide formal proof with respect to goods being despatched and safely received. Delivery will only be made to the delivery address specified at the time the order is placed. For customer convenience 1Wall allow customers to specify a different address for delivery at the time of order. For example a lot of customers specify that goods are to be delivered to their place of work or to a neighbour who they know will be available to accept delivery.
We accept various payment methods which you can use.
1) Online Secure Payment checkout - Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Maestro, Switch or Solo.
2) Over The Phone Payments (01253) 530849 UK & IRELAND ONLY. Please note with over the phone payments we can ONLY ship to cardholder addresses. If you wish to have the goods sent to an alternative address, you will have to purchase the goods online, where you will be given the option to send to an alternative address. This is to prevent fraudulent transactions.

By signing up to our newsletter, you agree to receiving promotional offers and updates on a weekly from 1Wall and our sister website Discount Interiors (www.discountinteriors.co.uk). If you don't wish to sign up to our newsletter then please make sure the checkbox is unticked.
If at any point you wish to be removed from our newsletter mailing list then send an email to email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org with your details and you will be removed as soon as possible There is also a link at the bottom of all our promotional emails sent out to unsubscribe from our mailing list.
It is extremely unusual for our customers to want to return any of the products that 1Wall sell but in the unlikely event that they do this is our policy:
- You have the right to cancel an order with us, prior to despatch or any part of an order within 14 days from the day of delivery if you are not 100% satisfied. However, we regret that we cannot accept returns of items that have been used or returns of items where the packaging has been removed.
- In the event our courier attempts delivery to the address provided on the order and you are not available, you will be liable for the return fee charged to our account. You will receive a refund for the goods minus the return fee. Customers are given notification and opportunity to amend their delivery requirements with our couriers, excluding a change of address.
The procedure for returning an item is:-
Contact us to notify us that you have an item to be returned, within 3 days of delivery. Please package the item securely and send it to us so that we receive it within 14 working days of the date that the item was delivered to you. We strongly recommend that you use a recorded-delivery courier service as we can not accept liability for goods lost in transit to us. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we have delivered a faulty item to you.
If you have recevied an item that is faulty, please contact us within 3 working days, of the date that the item was delivered to you, we will then arrange collection by our courier, at a time to suit yourself, if this is not acceptable you can send the item to us but you will have to cover the postage costs.
All of the faulty product must be sent back, including the labels and wrappers. No claim can be addressed by 1Wall, if these are not provided.
We will issue a refund of the purchase price of the returned item, not including postage costs, (unless the item was faulty in which case we can resend the product to you), within 3 working days of receiving the item safely back to ourselves, and in the same state as originally despatched to you. The returned goods must be in a condition suitable for resale. Please note: Any Custom Artwork can not be returned.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
